The New York Times, November 25, 1920 – The National American Woman Suffrage Association (NAWSA) reports the top states where women were elected to the State Legislature. Five women were elected to the Legislature in Connecticut, four women in Kansas, and three women in California. read clipping

 

The New York Times, November 29, 1920 – The National Woman's Party reports it spent over $660,000 in its seven-year campaign for the Federal Suffrage Amendment. This does not include ongoing lawsuits needed to protect the right to vote, so the National Woman's Party is continuing to raise money. The National Association Opposed to Woman Suffrage denies reports it is seeking to repeal the Federal Amendment. read clipping
